The Assistant Inspection Coordinator will perform general scheduling and administrative tasks associated with residential solar municipal & third-party inspections across our three markets in Pennsylvania.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain visibility of weekly inspection calendar
Track and organize inspection completion paperwork
Confirm customers availability for inspection dates & times
Utilize field-event software to help inspection technicians track inspection results
Assist senior Inspection Coordinator with other daily tasks as needed
Qualifications & Experience
Strong organizational skills
Professional written & verbal communication
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a team environment
Reliable attendance record
Solar and/or construction operations experience preferred
Salesforce experience preferred, but not required.
