Minimum qualifications and requirements to join our team include the following:

· License to practice in California, active and in good standing;

· Minimum three-to-five years of relevant experience with established, preferably global, law firm;

· Superb communication and interpersonal skills;

· Very solid team player;

· Exceptional writing abilities;

· Strong ability to perform at a very high level with minimal supervision;

· Superior organizational skills;

· Brilliant client communication and handling talents;

· Outstanding analytical and evaluative abilities;

· Sound judgment;

· Excellent working knowledge of state and federal discovery processes and procedures, including meaningful deposition experience;

· Substantial law and motion experience, including dispositive motion practice;

· Significant alternative dispute resolution experience, including preparing for and conducting mediations;

· Meaningful experience readying cases for trial and, preferably, trying cases to verdict (as first or second chair trial counsel); and

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), Acrobat, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
