Job Summary
We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative position to work out of our Corporate Office in Loganville, GA.
Resposibilites:
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Resolving complaints
- Keeping Records of Customer Interactions and Transactions
- Answering Client Questions
- Data Entry
- Gathering and Maintaining Customer Contact Information
- Ensuring customer Satisfaction by providing profession customer support
- Billing Collections
- Scheduling
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8 hour shift
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
