The Job - Organizational Change Management Analyst

• Apply critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills to understand and address complex organizational challenges via organizational assessments and business process improvement projects
• Identify and analyze the change processes, along with understanding the current and future state, key stakeholders, and risks
• Work collaboratively with clients to develop and execute holistic systemic change approaches (inclusive of stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans) to guide key stakeholders to initiate change
• Design New Work and organizational models (e.g., Target Operating Model, Agile Organizations, SAFe, etc.), create the appropriate communication channels and control systems, and transfer everything into sustainable organizational structures
• Develop new collaboration models (e.g., New Work) with leaders and their teams and implement new leadership behavior
• Contribute with thought leadership on matters of Organizational Development and Change Management

Responsibilities

• Support shaping the future of mobility and manufacturing companies in challenging projects
• Develop and implement solution-oriented strategic concepts and individual consulting solutions
• Play a hands-on role in the team by developing own approaches
• Accept personal accountability, proactively seek resolution for personal limitations head-on; and support honesty and respect towards others, the organization, and oneself
• Help develop organizational development and change management strategies
• Support in visualizing ideas and concepts and present them to clients
• Support team members in client meeting and workshop preparation and execution
• Work on proposals and pitches as part of a highly experienced and motivated team

• Recent graduate or currently attaining Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent education
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong visualization skills in PowerPoint or similar tools
• Interest in complex strategic issues and good analytical thinking skills
• Previous internship/ work experience in consulting or automotive preferred
• Proactivity and ability to work independently, strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Fluency in English (German language skills a plus)
• US Citizen/Green Card/EAD required
