Position: Principal Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A
Overview: As a key member of the Corporate FP&A team, this role will lead all FP&A activity for Cash and Balance Sheet analysis and reporting. The Principal Financial Analyst will have direct and regular engagement with senior finance and business leadership team members, including the CFO, SVP of Investor Relations, Chief Account Officer, and Director, FP&A. This is a hybrid opportunity with the expectation to work on-site at our headquarters located in Waltham, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting short-term and long-term cash budgets
Forecasting cash flow performance and providing regular updates to senior management
Reporting monthly and quarterly financial analysis cash flow performance
Identifying opportunities to automate and improve reporting capabilities and implementing solutions
Supporting ad hoc analysis as required, including requests from the Director, FP&A and CFO
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree AND
A minimum of 8+ years’ experience in Corporate Finance
OR
Bachelor’s degree AND
A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in Corporate Finance for a multi-national, matrixed organization
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business management, accounting, or finance
Bachelor’s degree preferably in business management, accounting, or finance with 5+ years’ experience in Corporate Finance or
Outstanding interpersonal, communication (verbally and in writing), and business partnering including cross-functional collaborations as well as experience in leadership situations
Must be an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Experience performing financial statement analysis/modeling
Experience with HFM, SAP, Business Objects and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
