Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and
coordinating workloads, and ensuring associates complete required training in order to achieve facility goals.
Manages and coordinates training for Regional Fixture Consolidation (RFC) and Regional Real Estate Warehouse (RREW) associates (for example,
new hire orientation, CBL modules, web-based training, virtual classroom) by assisting in identifying training and development needs for hourly
associates and management. Monitors training coursework completion, presents and facilitates training courses, and monitors training schedules,
completion deadlines, and compliance for multiple training activities.
Manages the HR office's daily administrative functions (for example, benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll) by executing and refining
recruiting and staffing initiatives, as well as researching and addressing employment-related concerns for applicants, associates, and managers.
Maintains quality and safety standards in assigned area by ensuring associates are trained on Real Estate and company policies, standards, and
procedures. Maintains and distributes policy, process, and procedure supporting documentation, and monitors compliance.
Supervises and develops associates and leaders in assigned areas of responsibility by assigning tasks and coordinating workloads, monitoring
performance, and providing feedback. Educates, supports, and serves as a role model for Real Estate and company policies and procedures.
Identifies training and development needs and takes part in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluating of associates and leaders.
Ensures that company HR policies are followed by reviewing and managing the accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of HR-documents. Assists
in the implementation and compliance of HR system applications, as well as research and data collection for HR-related issues.
Identifies associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others as needed to determine appropriate corrective action
to take or recommendations to make in order to resolve.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders;
supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for
and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting
continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and
ensuring diversity awareness.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing
business processes and practices.
