GotPrint.com is a rapidly growing online printing company with multiple facilities across the United States and we are looking for a highly-motivated individual with previous experience in the Printing industry to join our Print Estimating team here at our headquarters in Burbank, CA.

Hours are Monday-Friday with some Saturdays required.

Job Summary

Responsible for assisting Production and Control Manager with quotes. Assists clients with all information related to current jobs and/or future productions. Responsible for assisting the Bindery Department by insuring the custom production process is up to standard as well as the quality of publication. Also estimates both rule and die commercial easy packaging.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Printing Estimates
• Contacting customers via email and phone for printing price estimates
• Custom quote estimates
• Commercial and packaging estimates of products
• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.

• Analyze other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

• Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.

• Participate in safety

• All other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills

• 3+ years experience with Offset and Digital Printing
• Must have a high school diploma
• College degree preferred in a related field
• Must be familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and internet
• Must know MAC platform
• Using mathematics to solve problems.
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Meticulous attention to detail is a must

• Familiarity with general office equipment expected
• Attention to detail and accountability needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to be flexible, multi-task and work effectively in a team environment is required
• Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

• Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

• Must be willing to learn and understand all GotPrint.com processes and procedures and have the ability to effectively explain to customers
