Residential Remodeling Superintendent ( Part-Time)
DC Home Remodeling is looking for a part-time superintendent to manage our ongoing projects. We are looking for someone who has strong knowledge of residential home remodeling.
Skills:
-Strong communication
-Excellent customer service
-Attention to details
-Knowledge of residential building codes
-Ability to read blueprints
Responsibilities:
-Quality control of on-going projects
-Regular Site visit of projects
-Making sure all projects are within timeline and budget
-Manage subcontractors
-Preparing of reposts based on the project progress
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Remodeling related work
Work ours: 10 to 15 hours per week flexible time based on requirement and projects.
