ABOUT THE ROLE
Provides the Academic Inventory and Manufacturing Department administrative and data processing support. Based in the US with some responsibilities that span multiple offices (where staff is located). Key responsibilities include:
- Copyright Application Process Support. Coordinate title registration for the Library of Congress. Support suppliers who service aspects by providing necessary data. Process invoices and facilitate, in conjunction with the NY mailroom, packaging and shipping of printed books.
- CO information management. Collate, and coordinate with other team members, performance data as required to management and other stakeholders so that accurate and timely information is available to interested parties.
- Administrative process improvement. Develop and review administrative working practices in order to streamline processes and procedures and ensure efficient running of the department.
- Warehouse and Supply Chain: collaborate on info sharing so that there is transparency regarding title status
- Invoice processing. Support the team as required by checking and process invoices for manufacturing services and print suppliers, so that payment is made accurately and promptly

- Proven research capabilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory and print manufacturing preferred
Location: This role can be hybrid in Cary, North Carolina or New York, NY.
Salary: $32,690 - $49,035 dependent on skills and experience
GJC: S3 (for internal purposes only)
