SCHMOLZ+BICKENBACH USA, INC. is a global leader in the production and distribution of tool steels, engineering steels and stainless steels. We are searching for an ambitious and energetic individual with the desire to grow within our organization. This immediate opportunity is available in the Shipping Department onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Carol Stream, IL.
- Receiving paperwork; organizing and recordkeeping
- Pack material for shipping, load and unload trucks, drive a forklift
- Shipment scheduling; prepare bill of landings
- Call truck lines for pick up
- Ensures compliance with quality and works to reduce non-conformances
- Responsible for completeness and organization for shipping paperwork
- Customer Service; Vendor communication and correspondence
- Report Preparation and other duties as assigned
At least 2 years experience in Receiving, excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook), warehouse operations experience, team player, ability to multi-task and handle a fast paced environment, ability to work flexible hours.
Working knowledge of SAP preferred but not required.
